E Shop Hosts now operate a Live Support facility available using the latest version of Comm100 Live Chat software. All you need to do is click the image shown here that will be displayed in the sidebox column over on the right of the page to start ‘Live Support’.

The Live Support facility will usually be manned by one of our team between 9.00 A.M GMT to 11.00 PM GMT giving clients instant address to any issues that may arise during those hours. Should you have an issue that requires our support outside of these hours then you can still use the Submit a Support Ticket facility within the Client area of the site where you will be sent a confirmation email quoting your ticket number and we will respond as quickly as we can and resolve the issue.
