Our Live Support is available from 10am to 11pm Daily, 365 Days a Year and is the most popular and used method to reach our support team to get quick responses to your suppoort request.

The Live Support is only accessible to clients when they are logged into the eShop Hosts client area.

Submit a Support Ticket

Submit a fully trackable Support Ticket to eShop Hosts by logging into the Client Area and clicking the Support Ticket option. The Support Ticket option is available 24 hours a day and you will be asked to rate the importance of your support request.

All tickets are responded in the earliest time possible and once submitted the responses are emailed to you and a timeline of ticket activity is viewable within your account area.

E-Mail an Enquiry

If your support request is not urgent, maybe you have a sales enquiry or a general general question regarding our services. Then sending us a short detailed email from our ‘Contact Us’ page is a great way to get in touch.

All emails will be responded to within the shortest time possible , usually within an hour if sent before 11pm. All Emails are processed in order of urgency so please allow up to 24 hours for a response if your submitting a pre-sales type enquiry.
